A technique to focus on tasks and time!
“Either you have a good day or a bad day or feel happy😊, sad 😖, bored👧, neutral 😐, lazy 🥱, esthetic 😍, energetic 😀, irrespective of how you feel, we all have 24 hrs in a day and we have to reach our goals, complete our responsibilities in time.”

Pomodoro!
Pomodoro is a Time Management technique developed in the 1980s and used to promote productivity. An essential component of this tool is that it makes us actively plan out each task/study session, allows us to prioritize what tasks to accomplish, teaches us how to effectively take breaks when working.
How does it work?

- For effective use, it's better to keep your mobile in silent mode, do not check any messages, notifications, social media, e-mails once you started the task.
- Make sure to take short breaks even they are only 5 mins and a long break for 20- 30 mins.
- Mark on a piece of paper after completing the task.
- If you don't want to take a pen and paper all the time, there are so many apps for Pomodoro in the App Store for both Android and Ios which can sync with mobile, tablets, PCs. I am using the “Focus-To-Do” app to complete my tasks.
- These apps are easy to add today’s and tomorrow's task and set the estimated Pomodoro cycles.
- These apps remind you after 25 mins of the task and 5 mins break. It shows daily, weekly, monthly progress.
- you can also modify the 25 mins focus to 90 mins and then take a break.
Ideas for what you can do in 5 mins break!
- Quick yoga routine
- Do breathing exercises
- Do a quick clean up
- Take a short walk
- Make yourself a drink or a snack
- Go outside and feel the nature.
- Meditate
- water plants
- put food out for birds
- Take a toilet break
My Initial Experience!

I use this method not only for studying but also for my morning routine, cooking, watering plants, doing vessels, exercise, and so on. when I woke up, I will be a bit slow to do my works. I set Pomodoro cycles to push myself.
In initial days, it's challenging to complete tasks in estimated Pomodoro cycles and finish all the tasks allotted.
Please don't get disappointed, Its Okay to Not be Okay. Keep trying. Within a couple of weeks are so, you can accomplish the tasks within minimum time.
After a few weeks with the Pomodoro routine, I was very confident that I can work effectively on given tasks. Now I am able to do more work in less time. I have more free time to spend with my loved ones and improve my other skills well.
